Hive is now at 20% official debt level!
At this level the payouts start to be mixed with liquid HIVE and less HBD.
The range between 20% to 30% is a transitional period where the payouts in liquid HBD decrease and the payouts in liquid HIVE increase. These limits prior were at 9% and 10%.
At 30%, the so called hard limit hits and HBD loses its peg officialy on chain. It will be valued at lower values than 1 USD. This will not be zero to be clear :). But as the debt grows more than 30% HBD will be valued at 0.9, 0.8 etc ... I think somewhere around 50% it will be valued around 60 cents.
