Five of the 20 witnesses seem to be experiencing issues with their software right now with a major one like PeakD having already disabled their witness node, presumably temporarily for maintenance.

It is expected for a few witnesses of the Large Council to miss a couple blocks a day every day, but for this to happen to five of the Security Council witnesses I find quite odd.

I noticed I'm also missing quite a lot of blocks in the last few weeks when comparing to previous ones. Is there a software or network issue?
