I think it's worth pointing out this is one of the last party using fake onboarding idea to get funding from DHF.
There are other parties from top tier hive people who took much more money to do onboarding with no effect, like valueplan, even actifit did onboarding, and many others... Possible leofinanace still is much more real at this point than all the stuff from past we don't talk about...
From my own experience over last few years people on hive very much tried to force me this direction too. People on top of hive with huge stake tried to convince me this is the way to make a development(pretending to do onboarding) and basic users had similar ideas cause general level of hypocrisy. Always when I asked about some data that confirms onboarding works discussion stopped, cause most of these people avoid making data about they failure.
Possible this happened here, just following patterns of development created by others, for me it's hard to put all the blame on leofinance even tho years ago on their discord I talked many times how this current vision on Hive onboarding is fake.
Over last 1-2 years you can observe in governance step away from this direction, ofc people who did onboarding still avoid discussion about they failure while they shift their operation towards general development of hive, haf, etc, meeting expectations, and following super thin vision for hive.
