I just wanted to make this quick post reiterating that I indeed still do not care about NOSTR.
Youve all probably seen Maxis salivating over NOSTR on Twitter. Even Elon has been talking about it.
One would think that the hype surrounding NOSTR has a basis in tremendous new tech.
It doesnt.
NOSTR is basically HIVE pre-pre-alpha.
Its Hive before you even realize the problems you are about to face, let alone try and fix them.
Before you realize how you actually need to fund infrastructure, that altruism is not a long-term business solution, that you lack incentives.
Right now NOSTR is basically running on hype and the deep pockets of BTC maxis that understand that a decentralized, censorship resistant platform is necessary but they dont actually want to look at any solutions that have anything to do with blockchain because another token might be involved.
MAXI: "I will take an inferior, unsustainable solution if it means no other token is involved."
So NOSTR for me is a no go.
What is a go go for me is messing around with maxis on Twitter. I think theyre assholes and I do not like them.
Laughing at them bragging about 10 cents they made from tips, as if tipping someone online is some revolutionary new thing, is always a fun time no alcohol required.
Theres probably hundreds of tipbots on twitter right now and I use none of them. Most people dont.
