This is not perfect timing for these ask...

For HBD cafe - NO - Who would use? How big community you have in one area? ! You throwing another business into the pot - Things like horeca it's completely different game and to run it you need experience - we are not paying for this - if you never run cafe or you didn't convince existing businesses to accept HBD then making new venture it will head to fail.

Don't even occupate your mind with this idea especially when you think of running it for DHF money.
