Blackheart took hive users funds for muterra and has not delivered, empty promises month after month, year after year. When I questioned about him working for Valueplan despite rugging hive users him and Guiltyparties assured me he wasnt receiving anything...turns out those were barefaced lies, scammy as fuck!
