Just learning about this a bit more, would someone PLEASE provide me a quick response to what (I hope!) are 2 simple questions:

1. Can Hive account@reward.app handle it, if the upvotes of the post author (who designates CR as beneficiary) are below the "dust threshold" for upvoting comments?


2. Can Hive account@reward.app handle it, if it is set as only a *partial beneficiary* or does it need to be able to handle the full payout amount?
