The truth is, and you know this as basic marketing, you cannot optimize bottom-funnel metrics if you have never invested in the top of the funnel. Your “ROI or nothing” stance is not business-savvy, it is incomplete marketing thinking. If this is the path Hive chooses to follow, it risks becoming just another company pretending to be a community.
