Can a 58-year-old man with a busy schedule do this kind of challenge? It reminds me of my high school days. I was very strong then. I can run, though I don't know the exact limit. We were climbing the mountain looking for firewood and then walked back to our homes for hours with heavy firewood on our backs. If I can just recover 30% of that strength, I think I could live much longer.
