Mathew 23:27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
Hypocrisy is something that steals God's blessing for us His children.
Hypocrisy is from a Greek word that means "a actor" that means to act. If we pretend to be what we are not this angers Heaven seriously.
Hypocrisy is like wearing a mask to camouflage, it means we are more concerned of appearing good before men than appearing good before God. Means we want to look to please men, not caring about how God feels.
Hypocrisy is been neither hot nor cold, it mean drawing close to God with our mouth but in the heart we are afar.
We as Christians really need to make sure none of this trait is found in us, this is the reason why most prayer's aren't answer because while we pray the Lord sees a hypocrite and as in the above scripture God has declared woe unto them, and He won't change His decree unto they change their ways.
Prayer: Lord if there be any form of hypocrisy in me, Lord purge them out by the Blood of Jesus
