Although I have long since given up hope of seeing HIVE fly like a rocket, I am still proud of what we have done so far.
We have survived the worst bear markets of the last 8 years and continue to resist like heroes in an environment that makes us invisible and ignores us by default.
HIVE is not for everyone, you have to have an enormous amount of personal “resilience” to continue pulling the car and this personal characteristic is not the most common among human beings, whose greed and avarice quickly move us towards projects with higher pumping characteristics...even if there is nothing in its foundations to support it (the case of MEME coins is an example, but there are and have been many more vectors of attraction for greed).
Furthermore, we must recognize that we have lost attraction for developers who can "do something" with our blockchain, a few years ago it was not at all unusual to have the occasional product launch on HIVE(STEEM)... today it is tough to see something similar and so, hope and expectations for the future have fallen...
In any case, here we are, without expecting anything special, at least on my part, and taking advantage of the comings and goings of the market to build my personal project in HIVE, one more year, and beyond...
Better and worse times are yet to come.
