This a favourite night sweet dish in north India which is best when hot and served with Rabri. Rabri is a sweet dish which is made of pure milk. It is made when u boiled milk for a long time and made it thick.In this just take two big spoons maida and little sooji and make a thick paste and pour it into a bottle having nozzle on its lid. Now boil the oil in some non stick pan and pour the mixture with the help of bottle round round in oil and your Jalebi is ready.
Now make a mixture of sugar, water, elaichi, kesar and boiled it till everything is mixed and now put the jalebi in it for some time and now it is ready to eat.
It is best served if served with rabri as I told you earlier.
