On March 26, 2019, Huobi released the first IEO project, named TopNetwork. Then they conducted the first hype on the HT trading pair to make the highest price 27 times, and the second hype on the usdt trading pair the next day lasted for 4 days, making the price reach 5 times the opening price, followed by a long Decline.
Interestingly, within a few days after this, btc started a long bull market.
