As promised my Thursdays during #HiveBloPoMo (hosted by @TraciYork) will be about my travels! I'll highlight a town, city or country that I've have the pleasure of visiting.
Today we revisiting Bruges (Brugge in Dutch) .
Bruges is a historic city in northwest Belgium. It's famous for the canals, cobbled streets and medieval buildings.
My visit was in 2013 with my in laws at that time. At that point I lived in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, so getting there was a question of driving for a few hours. Lucky us 😃😃😃
I remember taking a boat tour through the canals to see the townhouses from a different perspective.
It was quit a popular tourist destination so I remember having to angle my phone (camera) just right to avoid all these people getting in my shot 😃
I later realized I've been lucky enough to be in a lot of locations that are used for movies 😎. This is one of them!
