I decided to hop on it giving it my best shot, I'm grateful for opportunities like this, where I'm able to showcase my skills.
Without any further Ado, let's dive into the design and it's break down....
Design Inspiration
The first thought I had while trying to come up with this design was obviously "A Bee Hive". I knew this idea will probably occur to anyone, so I had to make sure mine was different and unique yet simple.
Design Construction
I created a pentagon and carefully spaced them equally to create this hive-like design. Then I created a path below (in the front) to make sure the text are easy to ready.
COLORS
I decided to use only the colors used in Hive.io site
HIVE Black- #212529
HIVE Red- #E31337
FONT
ERAS BOLD ITC
My overall thought process for this design was to make it really simple but exclusive.
I tried to achieve this by using fewer shapes, colors and fonts.
My intentions with this design was for it to be able to capture attention from a distance, I created patterns using the pentagons to lead the viewer's eye to the center and then the bar code.
Your thoughts on this design will be much appreciated, this is my first entry and I intend to guve it another try.
