They said once we turn 40's, the challenge of life and health will occurs. As for me, I do believe it because I had passed that age.
Turning 40's is an open eyed to me. Im getting all the back pain, the bad leg, the hypertension and so on. My body tells me to look after them.
Regret? Its too late. I used to be a heavy smoker and drinker. With the job I had, I have to be awake every night and sleep in the morning. My schedule was totally upside down since 2000.
Just imaging for 20years I've been living that kind of life? I don't blame anybody, but myself. Now its time my body tries to give me an alarm that I should start taking care of it.
I started to cut most of my food in-take. Even stop caffeine as I can which I used to love to have everyday I woke up. Cut the red meat and cut the seafood.
For me, It's the challenge I must have take for next future ahead. Been prescribed with a hypertension and cholesterol pills which I had to take every single day of my day forward. No fun at all but I thats just it.
So, to those who havent reach 40's yet, better think twice to ruin your own body for your future self. Maybe some might think, "I'm healthy enough because I run and exercise" but do you eat well?
Some might think they are ok, but do you sleep well?
I would advice all my dearest readers here to do a medical check up every year if possible. That's the best I can tell you all. Stay healthy and always look after yourself. Because if I can turn back the time, I would have change it.
