But this pink color is my favorite.♡
While cooking, add lemon and it will turn pink like this.🍋

春が旬の新生姜で作りました！
火にかけすぎてしまい、水飴？！のような固さになってしまいました…ww
(でも、写真的には映えてますでしょ？オホホw)
私このピンク色が好きなんです♡
レモンを入れると、酸に反応してピンクになるようです🍋
