Llegamos al final del segundo reto de este mes, sin dudas estamos orgullosas ya que en esta segunda entrega han dado lo mejor de sí mismas, es increíble ver cada trabajo y la energía puesta en ellos.
De parte de todo el team de Hive's Red Carpet les decimos "Felicitaciones chicas" estamos muy orgullosas de ustedes, son mujeres admirables, llenas de sueños, metas y retos por conquistar. Nos sentimos complacidas por su trabajo y dedicación en esta segunda semana.
Cada reto está estructurado para destacar en algunos criterios, y sabemos que cada una de ustedes aprovechará al máximo sus potenciales cuando llegue el momento, aún queda un gran camino por recorrer y estamos tan emocionadas como ustedes de lo que se vive cada semana.
Como será de forma habitual aquí dejamos para ustedes una serie de sugerencias generales en función de lo observado esta semana:

2)A la hora de crear es muy importante tener las ideas bien claras, si es posible buscar referencias o crear tus propios bocetos, para que todo en el proceso fluya, afianzate a tus habilidades y destácalas de la mejor manera posible.

Sin embargo, hubo detalles que se deben tomar en cuenta. Por un lado, al hacer varias entregas de maquillaje en el mis post con distintos niveles de dificultad, se dispersaba el foco del concepto principal. Por lo que les sugeriría, que todo el esfuerzo lo dediquen a sacar una pieza brillante.
Por otro lado, al intentar incluir técnicas de maquillaje social glam y artístico se presentaron algunas limitaciones para lograr el acabado deseado. Y por último, tomen en cuenta que el uso de accesorios y peinado deben estar en sintonía con el concepto creado para cada reto.

ACTUALIZACIÓN DE REGLAS
Cómo se ha mencionado en el post de anuncio, el equipo organizador anunciará cualquier actualización y/o modificación necesaria para que el concurso se siga llevando a cabo de la forma más justa y organizada, esta semana no se ha hecho ninguna actualización pero queremos recordar que se ha determinado lo siguiente:
✔️ Las inscripciones han sido cerradas, no esperábamos la cantidad de entradas que hemos recibido, en este sentido consideramos que para seguir llevando el concurso de manera óptima, se deberán cerrar las inscripciones. Esperamos que para la próxima edición todas las personas que lo deseen puedan participar.
✔️ Durante la primera semana, en el primer reto se presentaron muchos detalles en las entradas, así que tomamos la decisión de restar puntos por :
.Publicación tardía del link del twitt.-0,25
.Error al olvidar colocar la comunidad o error en el título -0,25
.Omisión de etiquetas en los post o en el tweet. -0,25
.Links de imágenes y música. -0,5
. Número de palabras (si se pide) -0,25
.Publicar pasado el tiempo -0,5
Publicación de la entrada fuera del tiempo estipulado ( le sugerimos a las participantes presentar sus entradas con antelación, para que no hayan complicaciones en caso de que alguna Dapp presente fallas).
Cualquier otro punto que el equipo organizador considere, en este caso se realizará un anuncio previo.
NOTA: Agradecemos informar a través del chat de participantes si toman la desición de abandonar el concurso como participantes oficiales, o en el caso de que deseen no realizar el reto de la semana y dejarlo para presentarlo en la semana de recuperación.
Les recordamos que esto es un concurso y buscamos participantes proactivas y con la capacidad de seguir instrucciones, la motivación de aprender cada día y lo más importante con el entusiasmo de superarse a sí mismas en muchos sentidos.

We've come to a close on the second challenge of the month. We are undoubtedly proud ofthese second entries. You've done your best. Watching your enthusiasm and energy is incredible!
From Hive's Red Carpet's team, we want to extend congratulations to all the contestants. You're awe-inspiring women, beautiful, full of dreams and goals. We are proud of you. Your dedication and discipline are an example to everyone.
Each challenge is suited for different criteria. We know each of you will make the most of their potential to show your talents. There's still some way ahead and we are as excited as you to keep going on each week.
As usual, we want to give you some recommendations from the judges. These suggestions come from our observations during the week:

However, I need to address some details. Having more than one make-up for the entries varying the difficulty and elements of each, makes the main concept harder to grasp. I would recommend to stay on one idea and make it shine!
On the other hand, by trying to include techniques such as social glam and artistic make-up, it seems it was harder to achieve the desired results. On a final note, remember that accessories and hair dressing should be in harmony with the whole concept you decide to show during each challenge.

UPDATED RULES
As previously stated, the organizing team will announce any updates and/or modifications to the rules in case it is necessary to keep the contest fair and organized. This week we haven't made any update, but we want to remind you the following:
✔️ Enrollments are closed. We didn't expect this number of contestants. To keep the contest running smoothly, we have decided to close the enrollments. We hope more people can join next time.
✔️ During the first week of the challenges, there were some issues about the scores on the entries, so we have decided to show you some of the factors that will subtract points:
.Being late with your tweet. -0,25
.Not posting in the community or not having the correct title in your post. -0,25
. Missing the tags in your post or tweet. -0,25
.Missing the link sources for images and music used in your posts. -0,5
.Not having the minimum of words (if the challenge demands a minimum of words) -0,25
.Publishing after the deadline. -0,5
Publishing after the deadline (we suggest keeping an eye for the timetable to deliver your entry. Try doing it with plenty of time to work. This way you can avoid being catched on any Dapp related problem).
The organizing team will announce any other item if deemed necessary.
DISCLAIMER:Any contestant who wants to drop out of the contest should say so on the Telegram chat. On the case they don't want to publish the weekly challenge, they can publish it during the recovery week.
