Yes bro, I refered friends and relatives but due to my mobile nature I never had the time to instruct them on what hive is about. So they end up messing thier accounts and I was held responsible for delegating support to them.
I was held responsible for bringing them to hive to commit such act but where I was misunderstood was buying hive from those same people.
Hive watchers got good initiatives since it's a decentralized system defaulters should be made to face the penalty with regulation. But it's not actually so people individually have different means of managing anger.
Some might use it to either supress the middle range users.
The truth is that no one can say he or she hasn't done mistake before which was against the law.
So I feel the should make a provision to regulate panels on hive. Look , people learn from corrections, it's better not chasing them away. Look at thier contents if you don't want to support them, make them to face the panel when they default rather than using influence according to how you manage anger of misconduct on hive especially by the one who might be with higher influence.
If there is a penalty for any rule, it should be stated by hive watchers. the time he or she is meant to go through it before returning back.
If we call hive a decentralized system what is the need for people with high reputation working against the decentralized system we all speculate. Chasing other users due to an issue.
At the end of the day, if you have accumulated hive with the expectancy of holding till the next 10 years, you are left with powering down syndrome because money must be used especially in a place where u don't feel safe with other authors. It's no longer decentralized.
In summary
, regulate your team of Judges. If you need the best of authors, you must regulate your panel of judges against error on the system. If you have a compiled list of penalties with thier duration of time out. So that defaulters will be made to face the penalty involved instead of having different people which you don't know the one that don't use to forgive, you will also meet the ones that are kind and will fully explain your error to you.
The other will be looking for a way to gain from your work without a single gain from you and you can't explain if it's an error of just personal hatred especially if it's someone you haven't seen.
It makes someone distrust the system especially if it's the nature of people that might end up promoting the system, they will be scared.
Why are same people you will meet on hive is same people you will find on hive watchers-discord claiming not to be part of hive watchers team but will act on hive like hivewatchers(not all).
Let's be real, we are all humans, if we all want hive to grow it's a collective effort of everyone not individuals who forms a cartel somewhere using thier influence to scare you from hive.
If not people might have negative review of hive especially in this era where crypto crashes occur often.
