It is universal knowledge that every country has individuals who are homeless, lack shelter, jobless, and in need of food.
Moreover, individuals who are homeless are likely to develop various illnesses like chronic diseases, skin infections, hepatitis, and dental problems.
Most of them are malnourished, so their main source of sustenance is food waste or leftovers. I feel sadness when I witness them consuming food that has been spoiled.
They are unable to consume good food. It is possible for women living on the street to become pregnant and have children.
It's unfortunate that a child has to learn to ask for food. Life can be traumatic due to addiction. Every homeless person faces a threat to their safety.
Step 1: Shelter
The first thing that comes to mind is to provide shelter: buy them a tent. I have a budget of $200,000.00. At least 2,000 homeless people will receive assistance with one tent, which cost $100.
It's hard to witness people living under bridges, in the street, in parks, and other locations. The sight of younger children, particularly girls, was a source of great distress for me. We are all aware that human traffic is on the rise.
Step 2: A starter grocery package.
The budget will be $300,000.00. My goal is to ensure that every individual who is homeless receives a balanced meal.
A grocery package valued at $150 will be given to each homeless person.
Step 3: Livelihood Project program.
The budget is $500,00.00. Let's teach every homeless person how to catch a fish. They need immediate income.
Each person will receive $250 for a capital. There are many ways for them to earn money, like selling products, mobile vending, recycling scrap, and farming.
My money will be spent in this manner.
For awareness sake, let's not discriminate against these kinds of people based on their appearance or smell.
They are also human beings; they require assistance and will be recognized and accepted by individuals in society. We should refrain from jumping to conclusions because we don't know their story.
If you see a homeless person tomorrow, be kind to them. If you have sufficient food and are able to carry it with you, share with them a good deed that will endure forever.
Our hearts should always be filled with love and compassion towards others.
Don't let your heart be deceitful, but make this world a beautiful place to live in.
