This beach is one of the prima donna of Aceh Province before the Aceh Tsunami in 2004 then. When the tsunami occurred Lampuuk Beach is also famous big waves so that inn or hotel around the beach damaged including the beauty of the beach panorama. However, after 11 years more passed, this beach re-reveal the beauty of the panorama of nature even almost sees Kuta Beach Bali. Despite its diminished beauty due to the influence of the tsunami waves, it has now returned and is ready to serve as a tourist destination in Aceh Province and Banda Aceh in particular. Lampuuk Beach is located in the western region of Aceh, about 15 kilometers from Banda Aceh.
