Apologies for the lack of posts. I was hoping to post daily while we're holidaying in Cornwall but it has been impossible to find good Wi-Fi since we arrived!
I've just posted a previously drafted post about brewing Elderflower Champagne and it has taken 30 minutes to get the pictures loaded on! So, I'll start posting again on Sunday evening when we're back in the land of Wi-Fi and time.
