- Dabri chickpeas
- Chicken meat
- Mushrooms
- Cucumber slices
- Tomato slices
- Green chili slices
- Cabbage slices
- Carrot slices
- Coriander slices
- Sour yogurt
Let's start...
First of all, I need to prepare the chicken and mushrooms properly, so I put the chicken, mushrooms, a little salt and ginger-garlic paste in a frying pan. When the meat releases its water and is cooked, I add a little soy sauce.Once the meat is well-sautéed, finally add the pre-boiled chickpeas and stir them in.
On the other hand, I will prepare a seasoning.
Here I will take tomato sauce, sour curd, chaat masala, soy sauce and a little salt.
I will mix it very well and then I will put the meat that has been properly prepared in advance. Once the meat is mixed very well with the spices...
Then I will put the chopped vegetables in it. Our very tasty and delicious protein salad is ready.
Finally, before serving, garnish with a small amount of chopped coriander leaves on top...
