This time I will share the process of making mineral water in my city
This new mineral water into the existing market in my city.
Basically Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) is processed through 3 stages: filtering, disinfection, and filling.
- Filtering is meant to remove solid particles and gases contained in water.
- Disinfection aims to kill pathogenic bacteria in water.
- Filling is the final stage of the production process whereby water is fed through an apparatus that can protect the water from contamination during charging into the package.
1. RAW MATERIALS
The main raw materials used are water taken from quality assured sources, for that some things that companies do to ensure the quality of water raw materials include:
· Organoleptic examination, physics, chemistry, microbiology and radioactive.
· Raw water sources should be protected from chemical and microbiological contamination that is destructive / disruptive to health.
This is the process of packing mineral water before it is marketed to various regions.
