It was cold when I got up at 6:15AM on Sunday morning. Once the cat was fed, I got the fires going. I had to be closely supervised for the masonry heater, though.
I got started editing the well over 100 photos I’d taken over the last 2 or 3 days. That took a couple hours. I got the first post up around 11:30AM.
My son’s friend was going to take him down to get a large sheet of plastic to cover the cold frame. I couldn’t find the one I thought I had. They helped get it on the cold frame just as the rain started. It’s to get pretty cold the next few days.
I took a break for a while then started on the second post. I had to re-do the starting form, as there had been several changes, before I could write the post. I got that one up at 2:15PM.

Another break with some lunch and I got started on the 3rd and last post of the day. I got that one up just after 3PM.
I went in to lie down and watch ‘Leave It to Beaver’ for the rest of the day. I’d kept the fires going all day and made sure they were going well when I went to bed at 8:30PM.
On Monday I have laundry to do, a kitchen to clean up, seedlings to tend, and phone calls to do. I bet the mesclun will be up…
