So I will walk you through the green house, and show you my carrot patches.
We are going to start on the cooler side of the green house that doesn’t have a heater, the “new” side.
First up in the green house are the wild strawberries.
I have my first flower! They are doing very well too!
My pie pumpkins are doing well, I almost forgot they where in the grow tent in the house. Oops, but they survived! I also have about four little pumpkins too! If you look closely you can see them.
Now for my potatoes 💗
Two of my purple potatoes started to burst through the top so I decided to dig up one to check them out.
I got one large potatoe and about 8 small/micro potatoes 😕
Onto the hot side of the green house.
We are going to start with my tomatos.
Now I have two different kinds, cherry and normal. But I also did two different things when prepping them for the green house. Four had a black trash bag wrapped around them, the others had a white trash bags filled with air as a bubble. Was trying to figure out what would be best.
Left side the one that had the bubble, right side the one with the black trash bag.
So it appears that the black trash bag blanket works best!
My peas are growing like crazy!
But still no flowers 😕
My husbands jalapeño peppers
We have baby peppers starting 😊
My cat nip is still growing, even after my cat layed on them.
After my cat enjoyed the plant
It has bounced back nicely
I have two green bean plants producing beans 💗
Last, but not least, is my carrots.
I have “little fingers” and purple carrots(the one with a baseball).
I put some old fencing over my carrots to keep my chicken out of the boxes. They where dust bathing in them before I planted.
Well that’s it from the garden.
Hope you all are well and your gardens are flourishing 💗
