Hello, steemians, and welcome to my page, eh!
Today I would like to show you a few pictures of the fruit on our fruit trees. We have 2 apple trees and 2 plum trees. One of the apple trees is a red delicious, and the other I no longer remember the type. We have 2 different plum trees for pollination, one is a pipestone plum and the other is a toki plum.
First the red delicious apples. This tree doesn't have as many apples this year as it had last year, but it still has a fair amount.
The other apple tree. This is the first good year of apples for this tree.
Only 1 of the plum trees has a lot of plums this year, the other one has very few. They were both in bloom at the same time and were swarming with bees, so it must just be an off year for the one tree. The other tree has lots of plums this year, hopefully it won't drop them all before they get ripe like it did last year.
We didn't spray the apple trees this spring before they started blooming, so a fair amount of them have worm holes, but I can cut around them when I make applesauce this fall.
Well, that's all I have for this post, I hope you found it interesting!
Thanks for stopping by my page and checking out my post, eh!
As always, feel free to leave a comment or a question if you would like.
May the Steem Force be with you!
