Roll out of bed- take a deep breath and thank the sun for coming up again.
Run my head under cold shower water.
Do 10 minutes of Tai Chi followed by 5 min side plank pose
Drink 50 oz of room -temp, berkee filtered water and be grateful to have the clean water. I say "thank you water."
Hug my wife for a minute and pat her heart.
Go outside and put my feet in the ground, no matter how cold (; and listen to the animals.
Thank the universe for letting me live and allowing me the chance to help the land around me.
