We have started on the small house and this is a video of our progress so far. I know there is still some things in it and we have to deal with that as we go. It was used as a storage area when we first moved here and we have moved lots of the stuff out, but we ran out of storage space in the other areas. We will do this in sections as we can and it will be slow but we will get there.
We have got the sheet rock down on the sides and we will be working in the back area, which will be the bedroom, The sheet rock had a paneling over the top of it as whoever had this before covered the holes and such up with the paneling. There will be the need to replace some of the insulation in some of the house, which is not a big problem.
We will be placing the boxes and starting the wire runs as soon as we pull all the nails and such from the studs. It will be a bedroom with bunk beds in a pod style and the stairs to get into them will also be the dressers. We have some good ideas on this build of this small house. We will share all of this with you as we go. It will be slow as I am a disabled veteran and can only do a small amount everyday, but as they say slow but steady wins the race.
