This week we stopped once again at the Raven Rock Eco-village in Ohio.
We were able to spend a day of high quality fun out in nature, and even made a stop in our golf cart to pick berries on the side of the road.
This is the third time on this road trip that we have stopped to harvest fruit. So far we have harvested dew berries, blueberries, blackberries, plums and raspberries.
Connection to the land and our food supply is a super important skill for children to learn, and it's one we are cultivating while on the road.
Even though I do not yet own my own land, I have found creative ways to access homesteads and wild foods from the road as we unschool our way across the globe.
What did you harvest last?
