Wednesday was another bad day. I think it’s fallout from my mom’s death, just exhausted and listless. (Odd word that, I have no shortage of lists here…)
My aunt had brought a pack of old family recipes to the reception for my mom. I only took the one for soap. I found I had the perfect size frame for it so I spent what little energy I had getting it framed.
I still need tiny eye screws to hold a hanging wire. The hanger at the top of the frame tilts it downward too much. So I spent more time finding the screws online.
I got the kitchen cleaned up and then started filing complaints against SunRun. I did this one first. Their rating has risen since a year ago when it was 1.76.
But check out the 1 star reviews!
Next up was the Better Business Bureau. They were quick to get the complaint to SunRun, but no response yet.
Next was the Massachusetts Attorney General. What with the election and all, it will be at least 1 month before they do anything.
And finally I found a new solar reviewer, EnergySage. From the website:
“We developed our one-of-a-kind marketplace with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to make clean home energy solutions affordable and accessible to all.”
In all of my online stuff, I came across a site that listed SunRun companies in Massachuestts. There’s one near me. The reviews are terrible, go figure, apple not fall far from the tree, but I thought I’d give them a try about repairs, as I’ve heard nothing from the main office.
It was another gorgeous day outside but I was stuck inside, just feeling poorly. I spoke with my sister for a long time and watched Christmas movies. It has been so warm I’ve not lit stoves for a couple nights.
On Thursday my helper friend is here at noon. I hope to finish laundry, clean the kitchen, and get outside to the Big garden and resume where we left off last week.
