Sunrise at 6:45AM
On Wednesday, I got the posts written and up and finished putting things away. I also cleaned up the kitchen which was a disaster. It took me all day to do the posts; they didn’t go up until 3PM.

My mom and brother arrived at 3PM on the end of their road trip so we could unload all the stuff they’d borrowed. They’d had a good trip after I left and my brother left me the photos he’d taken. They headed back to Connecticut, still 2+ hours of driving left.
Small garden needing cleaned out
On Thursday my general helper is coming. She will wash up the cold frame covers, help me feed the house plants, and bring the storm windows up from the cellar. I will be washing the storms in preparation for my window lady on Saturday.
My fairy and the bird bath must come in by the weekend. If she gets frozen, the water inside her will crack her.
