It seems like this amaryllis blossom is lasting longer than the previous one. I do enjoy it in the dining room window.
Saturday was a sorta low energy day, after the day in the gardens on Friday. I didn’t get much done.
I decided I had enough energy to sit and repair and pack away the lights. They were in far better shape than the big tree’s lights, only 1 string needing much work. I think I replaced just 1 bulb on each of the 14 other strings.
So they are packed away, waiting for the next trip up to the attic. Now I just need to find more of the upholstery tacks and put the cover back on the couch again, after washing the cover…
Sunday I hope to pay bills, but I will need a functioning brain for that.
