Chinese Hilton Cabbage
It's finally time. Mother's day has come and gone and in Missouri no one plants until after mothers day. It's just kind of the rule. If you do it before you'll either be flooded out or a cold blast will kill everything. It happens a lot. So...I planted my plants about a week before mothers day. They're in our little homemade greenhouse so I figured even with a dip in temps things should be fine.
Here is how things I direct seeded and just transplanted are doing as well as some other oddball things in my greenhouse.
Parisienne Carrots
Rutger's Tomatoes
Muncher Cucumbers and Chives
Horizon Bell Peppers with Little Gem Lettuce
Thyme
Scrap Garden Lettuce from a head from the store
I gave these starts to and
for their garden as I ran out of room!
Flowers waiting for their turn to be put in their spots
Malaysian Black Eggplant with Tom Thumb Lettuce.
Another pot of flowers
Rutger's Tomato and Black Vernissage Tomato
My lemongrass I thought I killed by bringing it outside to early in the spring. It isn't dead!!!
Green Onions for the mother-in-law's Kimchi
Chinese Hilton Cabbage. Great for Kimchi!
That's my most recent photos of the greenhouse. I will try to keep up with making posts about it as it grows. Thanks for stopping by!!! I really appreciate comments, resteems, and upvotes! For realz, yo.
