Hive account@jocqua, thank you for your kind comments. Yes, Carribe the parrot is a fun name. Our other two parrots are "Bravo" and "Gandalph". They are also in some of my videos. Keep watch, you never know when one will come into the kitchen and ask to sit on my shoulder and watch what I am doing. This evening my husband and I were processing a large squash and we had all three "helping" us.

I have made sauerkraut in the past. I have 8 heads of cabbage waiting processing right now, and will probably make a sauerkraut video using some of them.
