When your facing a mountain with a teaspoon it helps to have someone else beside you willing to pick up a spoon or at least cheer you on.
My wife is all that and more. She has been in a power chair for 18 months now but has just been released to begin rehab. Through all this she has never given up and has been an awesome inspiration to me.
Let me tell you, she has more encouragement in her little finger than any other three people I know. No matter what I attempt she is right there cheering me on and looking to see how she might help.
She fell the day before valentines day in Feb. 2016 and broke both bones in her right leg in four places. After some hours of surgery installing two long plates and 23 screws she was in a rehab facility.
Then, eight days away from coming home one of the plates snapped and put an additional break in one of the bones. This meant cutting the leg back open in the original places, removing everything and putting in longer plates and 29 screws.
She is diabetic so the healing has been slow.
Through all this she has been a marvelous trooper and never whined or complained. She has gone without pain medicine most of the time so she wouldn't get addicted.
I can't praise her enough and I praise God for giving me such a wife. My hat is off to you Lady. I love you.
