Been to the allotment tonight. Done some weeding, but also planted the Auburgine plant I got from a local supermarket.
My partners Dad picked up to mini polytunnel covers to keep the slugs away. I usually garden as plastic free as I can but these were picked up at the local car boot second hand so wasn't going to turn them down.
I have used them to cover the cabbages as they have been eaten a bit.
This evening I also added a extra string to the ever growing sweet peas too =D
