EQT buys niche mortgage company Bluestep
Venture capital company EQT buys niche bank Bluestep. The purchased company has had the business idea of offering mortgages to individuals who find it difficult to borrow through traditional mortgage institutions.
"We are impressed by Bluestep Bank's business, history and management team. The company has created the niche market in the Nordic region and today has a market-leading position, "said EQT partner Albert Gustafsson in the press release.
