I live and work in the south suburbs of Houston. There is a lot of flooding. A lot of neighborhoods are being evacuated. There is also a lot of neighbors helping neighbors, and strangers helping strangers.
So far, my family has been lucky. Our neighborhood is flooded but it still has to rise another 6 or 8 inches to reach the house. It is raining now with more on the way
