SURFACE WIRING OF A POINT OF LIGHT

Hello steemian , today I would be sharing with you on how to do the wiring of a point of light or how to connect it .

Firstly , i like to mention all the material that will be use for the work .

1. 1.5mm cable 2 core

2. Lampholder

3. Tower clip

4. 60 watt bulb

5. One gang 2 way

6. Hammer

7. plier

8. cutting - plier

9. screw driver

10. Junction box

          PROCEDURE FOR CONNECTION

1. Join the RED or MAINS of the supply to the RED or COMMON of the switch .

2. Join the NEUTRAL of the supply to the NEUTRAL of the lamp.

3. And lastly , join the RED of the lamp to the BRANCH of the swith .

NOTE: When you are using 1gang 2way switch which is L1 and L2 it is preferable to use the L1 for your branch so that it can function normally .
