Huckleberrie.

I added to the Thermo-gress icon. Add a bit of colour to the post. Thermo-gress is my made up word today. It is a combination of thermostat and progress. That will all be displayed on the "Thermo-gress" icon. Hopefully I do not have to explain which icon that is.

Not much else has changed since the last post. Our new logo icon. A small bit of growth. A fancier chart.

Topped the 1,000 HP.
Reduced running costs.
Possible changes to structure.

Topping the 1,000 mark was not a great feat since the last post, We were less than 20 off the x.

With growth comes a reduced running cost. Or to be more precise a compensation growth. Each HP has a cost of 0.05 HIVE or every HKLBRE issued costs Hive account@huckleberrie 0.05 HIVE. I guess you could say that is the cost of minting the token. We set the value of the token at a standard rate of 1 HIVE - 1 HKLBRE and a market buy price of 1.05 HIVE - 1 HKLBRE.

Changes to the structure will come in January. Each month or week X amount of tokens will be placed on the market for trade. Once those have been taken by others. Buy back will begin. That's a 5% return for the time your HIVE is with us.

The turn around right now is 40 days or less. Having that around 50 - 60 would be nice.

Possible changes could be the listing of the token once a week or every two week for 1 HIVE and left for a day or two. After trades are made the repurchase would begin again.

What gives the token value?
I do. Or I give an assurance of a minimum of 1 HKLBRE - 1 HIVE, and vice versa. which ever way you see it.

This assurance is backed up by the account stake. Currently with 500 token out there and 1,000 HP We hold twice the amount of HIVE compared to the amount of HKLBRE out there on the market.

Participation to this project is open to everyone. Limits on purchases will be put in place. Growing one persons account is not the goal of this project. we do not want one person purchasing all tokens and no one else gets a look in.

Our current ability at the moment is able to provide subscribers with approximately 30% return on contribution amount, over the course of 1 year.

Additional subscribers will reduce that percentage. Calculating the return rate is impossible. Rising and falling values of HIVE and its peg are too unpredictable to give any accuracy.

We have maintained a purchase exceeding $20 USD on average per day. We expect to be able to maintain this level. Efforts and integrations will be added in an effort to try increase this amount when subscriptions grow.

Subscription will be priced at 1 HIVE.
