It will only end when multiple black SubSahara African nations are industrialized and wealthy.
You know the difference between antisemitism and anti-black racism.
People fear Jews as a threat to their power, their society, their income. I’m not saying this is correct, but you hear antisemites say this stuff all the time. Jews are trying to control everything, they control the banks, they control the media, they want to weaken white Christians, they want to weaken and take land from Arab Muslims, etc.
No one talks like this about black people. Anti-black racist see blacks a type of sub-human vermin that either needs to be control with strict racially laws or expelled from polite society completely.
Until we change this…

People are not going to respect black people, because they have no reason to. They are not forced to.
White Westerns used to look down on Asians a lot, if you read things about East and Southeast Asians in the 18th and 19th centuries, they were pretty bad. These were naturally despotic people, easily enslaved, natural born duplicitous liars, affiliate, completely unable to be as creative as whites, poor in hygiene…etc.
What changed?
A lot. Japan losts its war against the West. Vietnam and North Korea “won” although with very large losses. However they showed that with inferior weapons, industrial bases, and even populations they could hold their own with the West. In the last century several nations in Asia have shown they can industrialize and become equal to or wealthier than the West.
Although China is not as wealthy as the richest Western states, it is still wealthy enough, has a military powerful enough, has a society organized enough to throw some weight around on the international stage, and be taken seriously to an extent even Japan never accomplished.
Asian students have come to the West, and while not all of them are highly intelligent, quite a few of them are, enough to be able to compete with local born Western people at their top universities, and even have Westerns question their admissions process, because if they were 100% fair, the Asians would take a majority of seats at their top universities.
A lot of Westerns might not “like” Asians, but the respect for them is high, higher than with blacks by far.
Most black people live in Africa. Nearly a billion. Until those black people in Africa, not living in a nation largely built by Westerns as minorities, can develop their own societies and grow their nations economically and militarily in a way that rivals the top Western nations - something that will force Westerns to respect and listen to them. This won’t end.
You will never get respect by asking for people to be fair to you, asking people to be considerate, asking people for a handout.
You take your respect by being competitive and a force to be reckoned with.
African nations are not doing this.
And so anti-black discrimination continues.
