Hello, Hive community! My name is Hive account@yordan96, and I think I just set a record for the shortest 'rags-to-riches-to-rags' story in history.
​Yesterday, I opened my profile and nearly fell off my chair. My screen was showing a balance of 1,000 HIVE and 500 HBD. My heart started racing, and I was already thinking about what I’d buy first! 💸 I really thought I was the luckiest newcomer on Earth.
​The Reality Check:
I tried to post about my 'wealth', but the app kept saying 'Something went wrong.' It turns out, Hive has its own way of hazing beginners. Those numbers were just a 'Visual Ghost'—a glitch in the matrix! As you can see in my latest screenshot, the 1,000 HIVE has officially left the building, leaving me with a solid 0.000 HIVE balance again. 😭😂
​I realized that on Hive, ghosts don't just hide under your bed; they hide in your wallet to prank you!
​The Plot Twist:
Even though my 1,000 HIVE disappeared back into the spirit world, something real actually happened. A huge thank you to Hive account@guiltyparties for the HP delegation! My 'battery' (RC) went from a dying 5% to a healthy 86%.
