Due to the effect of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas, the place is still heavily recovering from the damages brought by the typhoon. Rescuers are still currently searching for stranded people in various flooded sections of Texas.
Houston's mayor announced and informed the citizens that the flood may still persists for weeks, hence, all should take necessary precautions and evacuations to ensure safety.
The damage brought by the Hurricane was considered as one of the costliest storms to devastate the US wherein one million people have been displaced from their homes and an estimated fifty people are feared dead due to severe flooding. Also, hundred of thousands of people have no immediate drinking water supply as of date.
