I am going to tell you in five minutes the root cause of freedom and how to make it happen.
As I wrote yesterday, I have recently been obsessively watching videos about major subjects affecting human freedom:
- the secret space program (search YouTube for Corey Goode, David Wilcock, Michael Salla, William Tompkins)
- the god control matrix (George Kavasillas, videos 1 & 2 & 3)
- politicalislam.com: a conspiracy of global conquest (Bill Warner)
Then I took a break from these mind-blowing presentations with one about a more familiar form of control: the passport system. It was 
It is mostly about Poland's revoking Steve's passport. At the end, Jeff asked for possible solutions to the problem of how Steve could travel. This struck me and I quickly wrote something that concerns everyone, including those confronted by state interference in their families.

Freedom is a function of personal power. Personal power is a function of vitality—of health.
When others feel power in us, they leave us alone. They are just jackals hunting weak, fearful prey. Strength and fearlessness come from abundant vitality.
Therefore, neither technology, money, law, learning, nor activism can lead to freedom. In fact all these are parts of the social control system. Only life can free life. Vitality is the answer. But how, when ours is so compromised?
Vitality is compromised mainly by trauma. Note that all control systems are trauma-based: medical birth, school, MKUltra, Satanism, boot camp.
Fortunately, trauma is a natural occurance as well. So nature provides us a specific means of healing from it: extended rest in total darkness. I discovered, proved, perfected, and documented this in my book, hygienic darkroom retreat, free at darkroomretreat.com. The approach is rational, quick, cheap, and easy. It is pleasant, interesting, accessible, and supremely effective.
Because people are so beaten down, someone with restored personal power will have massive influence. Ten such people could end the system overnight, peacefully, so that even the current rulers would be grateful.
Vital restoration in darkness is total. Not only is the psyche restored to integrity and full power, but so are eyesight, teeth, hair, strength, and youth itself. All return by the volcanic self-healing power of the organism. No therapy, substances, or disciplines required. In fact these interfere. We have to upscale our approach beyond all such schemes.
While one can test a retreat at home, the complete process requires a small group of dedicated people; a quiet, unpolluted location; and a few properly built darkrooms. It won't cost much. It just has to be done well.
