Peeing is a biological function in almost all animals. There are few like chicken which never pee. They drink much water and it comes out with the poo.

While men have a longer barrel that shoot straight and rarely spray, women have a shorter one that sprays much. There are sprays and backsplashes when performing such a biological function. Men will just shake up and rid themselves of any stray or remaining drops. Women do not have the luxary.

There are sprays. They may backflow and spill on the thighs. Therefore it is likely the spills may be carried on the inner and mày produce an odour. The pee might also hit the toilet basin and rise or splash back on the body. You will agree with me that the splashback is unpleasant and may produce spills.

After Peeing Wiping Is Necesary For Cleanup In Ladies

Wiping is necessary after peeing for women. Men can do too but it is not a must as in ladies. A lady often carries plenty of toilet paper for wiping after peeing.

The Front To Back Movement

Ladies are prone to fungal infection. Wiping from back to front will move germs to the v-area and thus spreading a fungal infection. The cleaning should be from front to back. The same should also be done even after the long call.

Toilet Paper Does Not Clean Thoroughly But Just Spreads

Often the toilet paper spreads the dirt from one area to another. Its cleaning is not perfect. A bidet is recommended more. After the wash is when one can wipe. A cleanex will do better.
