So I love this idea(not facebook i hate fb). Allowing facebook to mint USD stablecoin without a actually substancial stable asset backing? This will be the hyperinflationary trigger the world ecconomy has needed to bring about a change in the global economic system. With facebook now playing the part of a regulator and effectively becoming a "online" federeral reserve bank. If the USA is assumeing that the world economy is going to actually accecpt the abilty of facebook to print USD and still make every contry only transact in Zuckercoins to buy/sell or use oil. I predict a rather fast inflationary decent of the USD from its currently highly overvalued POS fiat joke.
