It's 3:00 AM in my country and before I sleep, I just want to say a few words regarding hypocrisy. Why? Because I read a post yesterday that's still in my mind and I am still wondering why people do that? Anyways, time is short and my story is long. Mr.X (I won't be sharing the exact Steemit account name since the persons are Witnesses here and have a large SP in their accounts. Yes, I don't want this post to get flags and I fear that the freedom of speech is somehow less for small accounts. You share your thoughts and if they are against any Whale/Orca/Dolphin, you get flags) shared a post yesterday about Mr.Y. Mr.X looks like to be a great fan of some of Mr.Y's actions and one of them is promoting Steemit on Youtube. I commented on Mr.X's post, shared my thoughts about he appreciating one of the actions Mr.Y did and that's the end of Mr.X here. Let's talk about Mr.Y now.
Who is Mr.Y?
Mr.Y joined this platform with a good investment(I do remember the amount but will not quote here until and unless I play with SQL to find the exact amount) and shared some cool and humble posts in the beginning like working together, doing something for the community, helping people here and bla bla bla. I knew Mr.Y since 2016 as I purchased his two courses for $18 from Udemy. I always saw Mr.Y's posts in the trending/hot sections and why not, the more you have, the more you get! That's the formula here! Anyways, Mr.Y kept sharing some humble posts to attract the users towards his account! No matter how hard you try, your true nature will eventually reveal in front of the world if you have a dual personality, one that is actually you and the one you create to show it to the world. That's exactly what happened to Mr.Y when he tried to fool innocent people(Thanks to his greediness) by charging them some dollars to create accounts on Steemit. Thanks to some good unknown people who noticed this immediately and started criticizing and flagging his posts. Mr.Y's business was shut down on the very first day and again, Mr.Y came up with a humble post explaining why did he do this, what was the purpose behind this and all that philosophy! Anyways, the germs of greediness were still there, get more, more and more! Mr.Y kept thinking how to double and triple his investment and this time, Mr.Y came up with a super duper idea!

I urge everyone to take a supportive role in helping spread the word about Steemit.com, STEEM and the amazing oppurtunity we've been given here in this incubation chamber of dreams. Every person you onboard has potential to be the next STEEM superstar.. We just have to find them!

I have actually two concerns, first, should we promote Steemit? Okay, do it but what will happen? Good creators will join this platform, they will share good content here and when they see the trending section posts full of bot armies, they will eventually leave and we have already seen this. So I am not sure why Mr.Y is paying Google for advertising Steemit on Youtube, may be to find some more new accounts who will be collecting some SBDs in the beginning and then transferring them to Mr.Y's wallet to get upvotes, I guess that's the plan. I am not saying that we shouldn't promote Steemit, we should but don't you think that this platform needs some corrections/adjustments first? By doing that, it will get organic reach and no body will have to spend dollars to force others see their ads while watching a video on Youtube!
My second concern, why we always have to take help from our second personality we create for the world to see? Like if you're greedy, say it! Yes, I am greedy and I want to rip off people! Why I am saying that? Because when you transfer SBD's to Mr.Y's account, you get a reply in your wallet with these golden words!

So it's 4:30 AM now, it took me almost 1 hour 30 minutes to write what I thought, time to sleep but one thing I am quite sure about and that is I'll never ever be like Mr.Y in my life!
