Today I want to share with you my athletic side.
I play football for 9 years now and volleyball for 4 years.
As a young boy I was driven by the chance to represent my country as a footballer, but I did not go so far. This was mainly because I lacked the motivation and was often injured.
Back then I used to play as a defender for FC Flamingo in Suriname.
Now I just play for the fun in mini fields.
But as for volleyball, I first started training with VCL(Volleybal Club Lelydorp) but I didn't play for them.
The First volleyball Club I played for was V.C. Delco.
In my first year there we won the U18 SUVOBO Tournament. I stayed and played 2 more years for them after leaving to play for Livo.
I am currently a Libero at Livo and don't think I'll be leaving any time soon.
Although I play for a team, I don't fancy training. I rather just play friendly Football and Volleyball friendlies with my friends.
