DAY #2- I Am Alive Challenge!

So for my day #2 I am Alive Challenge, I share with you another old poem that I wrote many years ago and still very relevant to today and another photo of our amazing earth.
So please, I hope that you enjoy and are able to relate or be inspired in some way.

There is magic in ourselves,
and magic in the world,
And magic all around us,
And magic in the earth,
There is magic in the air,
enough for us all to share,
the natural wealth and the worth.

There is magic in the fire
Magic in the water
Enough for our hearts desire
from mother to daughter, brother and father,

And there is magic in the trees,
And magic in our food,
enough to feed us
and set us in a good mood,

And there is magic in the moon,
and Magic in the gypsies,
enough for us all to bloom
with daily victories,

And there is magic in the flowers,
Magic in the herbs,
Magic in the animals,
and Magic in the birds,

And there is Magic in the faeries,
Witches, ghosts and Elves,
Magic in the Egyptians,
The Maori, the Mayans
And magic in ourselves,

And there is magic in the Indians,
Hindu's and Buddhists,
Magic in the natural North Americans,
Eskimos and the Norse,

There is magic in the Chinese,
Magic in the Celts,
Magic in the earth's aborigines,
and Magic in ourselves,

Yes that's right
Magic in ourselves,
Cause we have magic in our souls,
You just need to believe
for it all to unfold,

And there is magic in the sun,
And magic in the seasons,
And magic in Tarot and Tea Leaf reading,

Magic in light,
crystals, colour and time,
Fertility, dominoes, rainbows, dice and chimes,

Magic in travel,
Africans and metal,
Magic in Easter,
Christmas and Halloween,
Magic in the new year
and magic with a new love
and magic all around here,

There is magic in knowledge,
Care, compassion and tolerance
Magic in breathing,
in this existence,

Magic in laughter,
children, dance and song,
Magic forever after
To take a chance to belong

And the magic of an open mind,
And magic of belief,
And all of this magic you will find,
will work perfectly,
if you believe,

That there's magic all around us,
Magic within ourselves,
Magic that surrounds us
and fills our souls, our worlds.

So don't forget the magic,
The magic our your world
and most of all-
The magic of yourself-
Your spirit, mind, body and soul,
Your love, compassion, acceptance,
intelligence and commonsense,
courage and bravery,
and selflessness.
